The fee for the first day of the conference is EUR 330 excluding VAT. In addition to participation, the price includes the lectures material, lunch on the first day of the event, and the dinner with a cultural event, coffee breaks, certificate of participation, and free parking.

Participation at the second day of the conference (European Day) is free of charge and supported by the European Commission Representation in Slovenia. A number of places for participants is limited. Due to the limited number of places, attendance at the second day of the forum is possible only with prior registration.

In the case of a large number of registered participants, priority will be given to the participants registered for both days of the conference.

DISCOUNTS
We can offer you:
• 15 percent discount for early registration until 30 October 2017.
• 10 percent discount for 2 or more participants from the same organization.
• 10 percent discount for the participants of the workshops

PAYMENT
For private legal entities, payment should be processed after receipt of the invoice issued on the basis of your registration and no later than 15 November 2017.

For public legal entities payment should be processed within 30 days upon receiving the invoice after the conference, and the invoice will be issued based on the registration form or purchase order.

CANCELLATIONS
A cancellation should be communicated via e-mail info@pppforum.si. The last deadline for a written cancellation is 15 November 2017. Cancellation after that date and before 20 November 2017 will be charged at a 30-percent registration fee. In the case of cancellation received after 20 November 2017, or in the event of a non-participation at the conference, the full registration fee will be charged.
