Boštjan Ferk je ustanovitelj in direktor Inštituta za javno-zasebno partnerstvo ter docent za javno upravo na Fakulteti za državne in evropske študije ter na Evropski pravni fakulteti. Uvrščen je na listo domačih arbitrov, sodeluje s številnimi evropskimi in mednarodnimi organizacijami, med drugim z Mednarodnim centrom odličnosti za javno-zasebna partnerstva pri Ekonomski komisiji Združenih narodov za Evropo, Ekonomskim forumom, Poljska, ter Centrom za management javnih naročil, Srbija. Boštjan Ferk je član mednarodnega odbora Ruskega centra za razvoj javno-zasebnih partnerstev. V zadnjem času se ukvarja predvsem z energetskim pogodbeništvom in razvojem projektov.
Boštjan Ferk is the Managing Director and one of the Founders of the Institute for Public-Private Partnership, Slovenia. He is also an Assistant Professor for Public Administration at the Graduate School of Government and European Studies and The European Faculty of Law, Slovenia. Boštjan Ferk is listed as one of Slovenian arbitrators, regularly lectures at PPP seminars and trainings, he collaborates with numerous European and international organizations, e.g.: UNECE International PPP Centre of Excellence, Economic Forum, Centar za menadžment nabavki. Boštjan is also a member of the international committee PPP Development Center of the Russian Federation. Recently, he is dealing mainly with the energy performance contracting and project development.
